What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga Therapy is a practice that improves movement and reduces pain by improving joint and muscle function. By getting the right parts working, and quieting down that which is over working and causing pain, you will find more stability and a decrease in pain.

You will discover more energy so you can get back to what you love to do, and you will develop the ability to be relaxed, stable, strong, and connected.

How can I do Yoga Therapy?

I offer a few different options to make yoga therapy accessible.

Private Sessions are held at my condo, these sessions are $80 and are about an hour long. The quickest results happen through private sessions. 

Online Yoga Therapy is a new offering which is a great option for anyone that is unable to make it in person for sessions. There are both individual class options as well as series available online. 

Yoga Therapy Workshop Series happen at De La Sol Yoga in Hamilton. It is a pre-registered group class that is either 4 or 6 sessions long. You must sign up for the entire duration of the series.
